If you’ve made a purchase directly through our platform — for example, a premium PvP tier list, exclusive progression blueprint, or access to detailed boss mechanics — this refund policy applies. Please note that we are not responsible for transactions made inside the official Epic Seven app or on external marketplaces. For such issues, please contact the app store used for your purchase.

• You may request a refund for any digital content purchased on our site within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. Refunds will be considered if the content has not been significantly accessed, downloaded, or used. If the guide has been fully viewed or distributed, we reserve the right to decline the refund to maintain fairness.
• All refund requests are individually reviewed by our support team. We do not issue automatic refunds. If unusual or repeated refund activity is detected, your access to future purchases may be restricted to protect service quality for all users.
• Subscription-based purchases — such as ongoing access to PvE farming routes, GvG strategies, or season-specific builds — can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not prorated unless the content delivery was interrupted or incomplete due to technical issues.
• If a technical error occurred — such as incomplete file access, incorrect product delivery, or broken formatting — please contact us with your transaction ID, issue description, and relevant screenshots. Depending on the case, we may offer a refund, fix the issue, or provide store credit.
• Our site may offer links to download Epic Seven from official app stores, but we are not affiliated with the developers or publishers. Any changes to monetization, hero balance, or in-app purchase systems fall under the responsibility of the official game. For app-related payment problems, contact the relevant store's support team.
• Attempts to abuse our refund policy — such as requesting returns after fully using the content or submitting false claims — will result in a permanent ban from future purchases on our platform. We’re committed to providing a respectful and fair environment for all Epic Seven players.
